Jake Lassiter has now been a part of the OFM, Inc team for 15 months and has made a tremendous impact on the entire organization. Jake manages the Dealership Division within the Sales Department and with his help, his team grew over 40% in 2010.
Jake has shown the ability to lead with his actions as well as keep a positive and motivated attitude day in and day out. Jake has shown his committment to our Culture of Overachievement and this award shows just that.
